How to implement effect in MS PowerPoint?

Hello. There are two pictures and two paragraphs on the slide, to the first paragraph I add the effect of appearances, bind the effect to the first picture (Effects Options > Time > Switches > Start effect on click > select the desired image) (now, by clicking on this picture, the first paragraph appears) I do the same with the second paragraph (I link the effect to the second image).
When you click on the first image, the first paragraph appears, when you click on the second, the second paragraph appears, you need to do this: when you click, for example, on the first image, the first paragraph appears, then when you click on the second image, the first disappears and the second paragraph appears (by clicking again on the first image the second paragraph disappears and the first paragraph appears).
