Why does it say VS is not installed when installing Xamarin?

I install Xamarin, but during installation it says that there is no Visual Studio on my computer.
Although he is. I tried to solve the problem by reinstalling VS, installing earlier versions of 2010, 2012 (now it's 2013), but alas, the problem did not go away.
