Why does it redirect to the address 127.0.0.1 when trying to access a site on wordpress?

The problem appeared after the registration of a new user and the approval of the registration by the administrator. In the database, in the wp_options table, the siteurl and home lines indicate the domain name correctly. What could be the cause of the breakdown? I did all the manipulations on the local server.
