Why does it not want to work when allocating free memory when installing Linux mint?
I decided to switch to Linux (install as the 2nd OS, for review). I downloaded the iso image (official site), made a bootable flash drive using Rufus, proceeded to the installation. I chose the language, installed the codecs, during the installation I clicked on "another option" (there is no automatic installation), I allocated 60GB of memory for the OS in advance. This is where the problem is. When I try to distribute it, that is, neither "+", nor "-" or "Change ..." can be clicked. How to be? I downloaded and synamon, and mate, and hfse, different versions. Everywhere is the same.

The first thing that comes to mind is that you have reached the limit on the number of partitions when partitioning the MBR.
PS If you want to get acquainted with Linux for the first time - install it on a virtual machine and don't fool around with hardware.
