Why is using WebGL heavy on the CPU?
When viewing WebGL content (for example, Google Earth) in Google Chrome, the percentage is very heavily loaded (all 16 cores on i9 are full), despite the fact that there is no load on the video card. Hardware acceleration is enabled in the browser, the latest nouveau driver and firmware are installed. Why is it still rendered on the processor and not on the video card?

Are you sure that the processor is loading the browser? Look, maybe there are other suggestions besides it that work in the background and load the processor.
