Why does it give BUSY when answering a call?

one is registered on the computer in microsip the
second is registered in the phone via grandstream wave I
call from mobile to computer - everything works I
call from computer to mobile when you click on "answer" the call is reset, in microsip it says BUSY
by itself grandsteam wave with other operators / PBX works without problems

the problem was in the g722 codec, although it seems to be allowed.
