Asterisk, Freepbx: Calls are being recorded, but not shown in the CDR report. Why?

The recording of conversations is in progress, but it is not shown in the CDR report (there is no link to wav, an empty column).
And in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor he writes that the files are there.
What is the problem? If it is possible for the lamer explain.

There is no field in the CDR pointing to the file with the conversation record. You can use the userfield field by adding a command before starting the recording,
or you can form a file name based on the uniqueid.
