Why does it give an error "Wrong minute"?

Good afternoon, when I try to run the command:
crontab -u root /etc/crontab
I get an error:

"/etc/crontab":11: bad minute
errors in crontab file, can't install.

The cron file is standard, the contents have not changed.

Please tell me how to solve the error

Well, I would be surprised too if I was asked to do something at 6:320. What standard describes this time format?
