When installing UFW, it says “-bash: sudo: command not found”, what should I do?

Hello.
A new server, I want to install sudo apt-get install ufw and writes -bash: sudo: command not found
Although this was not the case on another server from another host, I also installed it on a clean server, after updating aptitude update / aptitude upgrade
Well, now it's not so ? Did the host do something? Because he installed the OS, and last time I installed it myself. Debian there and there 8.

@ZaraMc

sudo: command not found

sudo is not installed. From root:
apt install sudo
