How to install php7 on debian?

I have never used Debian before, but I got around to installing it
. Not to say that it is different from Ubuntu, but the terminal is strong, at least by the absence of sudo

Of course, I found instructions on the net, but they are only with the 5th version of PHP
The machine is very weak and therefore Xampp-type builds are not suitable because amd64 is required
