Why does IPTV freeze?
Good afternoon. I don't know where to go with my problem.
The situation is this, I have two devices: MiBox and Samsung 55RU8000 TV.
The provider gives IPTV, according to their information, I can watch channels on several devices at the same time.
There is a recommended application that is IPTVPortal. I installed everything according to their instructions, installed the application on Mibox and on the TV. But, in the evenings, a problem arose, if the set-top box and the TV work at the same time and even show different channels, then on the TV for about 20 minutes some of the channels can fall off, just a black screen.
ISP support says everything is fine with them. I tried to change the player itself on the TV, which, in case of an error, at least shows something, and there just at the moment the channel disappears, eternal buffering hangs, just switch the channel and it shows again.
What could be the reason? Is it either the provider does not recognize its problems, or is my equipment to blame for something?
My router is TPLink Archer C1200. The set-top box is connected via Wifi at 5 GHz and the TV is connected with a cable. Can the router not cope with such a load?
My tariff is 100mb, optics.
