Why does inserting an example with CodePen into an article through the oembed tag work every other time?

On Habré, you can embed CodePen examples into an article using the special oembed tag. I have already used this more than once and did not know grief. But now I have encountered strange behavior: such inserts do not work with all examples. For example, these work as they should:

<oembed>https://codepen.io/sfi0zy/pen/MZdegG</oembed>
<oembed>https://codepen.io/sfi0zy/pen/QQZvJw</oembed>

But the article editor turns these not into examples embedded in the iframe, but into regular links (the "a" tag):
<oembed>https://codepen.io/sfi0zy/pen/qwpprw</oembed>
<oembed>https://codepen.io/sfi0zy/pen/yrxgwR</oembed>

Actually the question is: what settings or features of the CodePen example can affect this? Or is it a bug of the article editor on Habré?
PS: Habra wrote to the support service, but they do not know why this is happening.
