Problem with access to habrahabr.ru (Request timed out). How to get around?

For the third day I have been observing the blocking of the site habrahabr.ru. Moreover, it is obvious that the site is not blocked by the provider. The symptoms are as follows:
1. Once every 6 hours, approximately, the site self-unblocks.
2. Blocking occurs after requesting one (most likely any) page from a mobile browser running Android 4.4.2. The page, in connection with the previously set settings, is loaded in normal (desktop) mode. The first request always succeeds.
3. After blocking - ALL requests from the IP address are blocked.
4. If you visit the site using Firefox before blocking. Blocking does not occur. It occurs only after the first request from the smartphone.
5. If you use anonymizers and browse from a mobile device in mobile mode, everything is ok. Anonymizer does not get blocked.
Traceroute is in a locked state. Ping, of course, also does not work.

The browser writes "The connection has timed out". Telnet can't connect to port 80 either. Geektimes and megamind are not affected by the problem.
Please help me bypass blocking. I want to be able to watch the desktop version of habr from a mobile device.

Hi all. Due to the latest particularly sophisticated attacks on the site, filtering had to be tightened up quite a lot. Together with the Curator, we have created a special group that will investigate false positives. Please write (if you haven't written yet) requests via support.
