How to use Andriod/iOS device as a headset in windows games?

Hi all! Weekend question.
I decided to spend the evening at Left4Dead, but it turned out that the line-in of my sound system burned down.
I have a galaxy s4 and a non- rooted ipad , is it possible to somehow forward the sound from the microphone from any of these devices to Windows so that it can be "seen" at the level of a virtual driver or something like that?
I saw several paid applications in the store like a webcam emulator, but firstly, I would not like to overcomplicate the task (no video is needed), and secondly, I would like it to be free.
I bring the team, the only one without voice communication. :) Help!

@barkalov

Found a solution for Android. W.O.mic .
WiFi, USB, Bluetooth. There is a free version.
Installation is non-trivial, at your own risk - you need to install an unsigned driver.
