Why does Illustrator reverse the order of elements in SVG code?

I deliberately built in the Layers the order of the path elements that I need, which I want to see in the exported code. But Illustrator reverses the order. How to fix?

In illustrator, as in other graphic editors, the display order of layers / objects is from bottom to top, the top one overlaps the bottom one.
In SVG, as in HTML - from top to bottom.
Illustrator preserves the display order of objects.
If necessary, you can reverse before exporting:
