Why does Illustrator export path to polygon + path?

In general, I drew with the Path pen in illustrator. Plain square with Fill and Stroke 5px. I do an export - and it exports it to me as a Polygon (that is, Fill turns it into it) + a separate Path, which was Stroke in Illustrator. Those. as a result, my Stroke turned into a separate Path that has Fill and Stroke.
Fuck, what is this madness?

OMG figured it out. Align Stroke to Center! And I had Inside. When Inside does Illustrator turn the stroke into a separate Path or what? Be stunned. How to understand everything without pain?
