Why don't SVGs open correctly in Adobe Illustrator?

The SVG file contains a pattern, inside of which is an image (an embedded png image), which is then used to fill some shapes. When opened in Inkscape or a browser, the file is displayed correctly, in illustrator (cs6 and cc versions), if the images are shown, they are scaled incorrectly and "move out".

<pattern overflow="inherit" width="1" patternUnits="objectBoundingBox"
       patternContentUnits="objectBoundingBox" height="1" x="0" y="0" id="imgPattern" xml:space="default">
      <image x="0" y="0" width="1" height="1" xlink:href="data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgo..." id="img" xml:space="default" />
    </pattern>

@longclaps

Because Adobe don't care about standards.

Try to use Inscape, corelDraw.
