Why does Google discriminate against Opera?
Good afternoon, maybe someone is in the know, maybe it slipped somewhere, I wanted to ask why there is no link to plus.google.com in Google at the top:
Here it is, it just disappeared some time after the appearance of Googleplus (perhaps when normal registration became active?), However, the link Appears when masked by Firefox.
Naturally, the reason is not that something is not working there in Google plus under the opera, I always used it under the opera and everything works fine. And in general, Google often offends this browser. Is there any official reason for this?

Look at statcounter data: gs.statcounter.com/#browser-US-monthly-201010-201110
in the USA (as the main market) and most other countries, the share of opera (all versions) is not gaining even 1%. Even in Norway (as if the developer seems to be) less than 5%.
Well, i.e. if Google has dropped support for, for example, IE6, and everyone is happy about it, then why should they support opera, which has an even smaller market share? For one Roissi, who by inertia continues to use it since the days of dialup because of the button to turn off the pictures?
Interestingly, according to my observations in Ukraine, Opera does not occupy a leading position among developers. In my particular case, 9 out of 10 software developers I know use Google Chrome. The share of the Opera in the world is negligible and no progress can be seen in this matter.
...I don't have time to test on Opera. Sucks to be Opera…
