Prevent city subdomain indexing for Googlebot?

There is a website for household services.
The site has about 10 subdomains for cities (kolomna.domen.ru for example)
Did I do it right:
- for each subdomain I made a separate region in the Yandex webmaster
- forbade the Google robot to index subdomains, resolving only to index the main domain oriented to the whole of Moscow and Moscow Region
Correctly did I do it by disabling subdomain indexing for Google? (I came to subdomains because of competition, where each subdomain has its own contact phone number and office address, as well as contextual advertising is distributed by city).

1. If your goal is for "Yandex" to index subdomains for different regions, and Google the main site, then everything is done correctly. In principle, this solution is reasonable, although there are nuances: you need to force Yandex to index all subdomains, and this can be difficult to do if the site is large (for example, an online store with a large assortment).
2. About "competitors can complain about affiliation" - this is nonsense. Subdomains are initially affiliated, but there is no need to be afraid of this: Yandex will rank the most relevant domain/subdomain. If you make it correctly index all subdomains, there will be no problems.
