How can I deploy a project on a virtual machine from the GoogleAWS service?

Good day, gentlemen,
I have such a problem, I have remote access to the VM from the Google AWS service and there is a dedicated ip address to it
. When I try to run the application with such data 0.0.0.0:80, it gives me an error (instead of zeros there dedicated ip)

Any suggestions how this can be done?
