How to sync all data from Chrome to a new account?

I needed to create a new google account, I use the Chrome browser and I need all the data from it to be in both the old and the new account. I tried to log out of the old account and log in with a new one, but when I click the Sync button -> This is me -> Next, nothing happens. What is the problem? Am I doing something wrong?

This is not possible automatically.
You have to manually copy everything, every password, every website, reinstall every extension, etc.
