Why does folder sharing disappear?

There is a folder that is shared with other users. The folder itself is closed for deletion and renaming. When you try (!) To delete it, rename it, the general access stops. The system is Windows 8. Please tell me which way to dig and what to do.

You need to do this operation intentionally and read the log for errors. But it seems to me that the "server" service is crashing, it is also responsible for shared folders and so on. The question is what leads to this, and this is what you need to look at in the log.

Now there is no physical opportunity to test it, but in this way complex access rights were distributed and everything works like clockwork:
1. Create a folder on the "SRV" server with limited access (only for your user) let's call it "closed"
2. Create a folder under the "open " in it and share it for the necessary users with the necessary rights
3. Connect all users as a network drive to the path "\\SRV\closed\open"
4. The user locally cannot influence the folder in any way and even go to the "closed" folder to try to do something with the "open" folder and not how it should not affect its rights, etc. actions with the "closed" folder
