Why does firefox calculate height differently?

When laying out the page, I ran into the vagaries of firefox, it makes the height of the elements larger than in chrome or opera. This affected spans and title tags. Instead of reset.css, normalize.css is connected, maybe it resets the styles wrong? The elements themselves had to be explicitly assigned a height (in fact, it was done only for the sake of firefox ). Who will tell you how to deal with the independence of firefox?

Try to play around with this htmlbook.ru/css/box-sizing
Although I think it should be in normalize.
