Why does exporting an object (circle, triangle) from Illustrator to .png without anti-aliasing increase the size of the object by 1 px?

How to solve the problem if you need pixel perfect? In advance in Illustrator set dimensions 1 px less or otherwise?
Any good material on pixel perfect in mobile app design?
