Is there an application for visually structuring project components?

In general terms, there is a site that uses more than 300 angularjs components to build the interface and other things. The project itself is being developed very actively and everything is constantly changing - new components are added, old ones are being rewritten ... Due to the activity of development, we got a project that few people can already keep in their heads in its entirety and the documentation does not help much. To refactor this case, you must first structure what we have.
From all this, a desire arose to make an interactive map of the project where you can see where which component is used, on which page which list of dependencies. As I see it - a tool somewhat similar to xMind, but allowing you to bind 1 element to several branches - components can be used in any way and each can have dependencies in depth, allowing you to make some kind of comments from the category - refactoring is needed here, this is outdated, I need a dock, etc.
PS yes, I know that there are browser plugins for viewing the dependency graph of angularjs modules, but its problem is that you cannot capture this information, and it will not show which components are not used.
PPS I hope the tags are correct

yEd, a flowchart program. Free and cross-platform. It seems like she can automatically build a map through xml, uml. There are also paid and powerful add-ons.
