Where to get design elements for the web?
Can you please tell me where you get the elements for web design? Photos, icons, backgrounds, etc. Tried to find something free and legal, complete disappointment. Either everything is dull, or download for free without SMS. It is important that there are no problems with licenses. Or is it better to pay money for some kind of subscription?
I plan to collect several templates, like ready-made sites like Umi , Megagroup , etc.
Thank you.

I order from a designer.
If you do not want to pay, then try to negotiate with the designer about barter (services, development, sex, etc.)
Icons can be found at www.iconfinder.com , now there are many paid ones, but it is possible to select only free ones.
For web design, there's plenty at freebiesbug.com and www.premiumpixels.com
I keep such a list, I don’t remember exactly what each site is responsible for, I hope it will be useful to you

Free photostock: pixabay.com The only more or less adequate of the free ones. Unlike the others, it really found good images in the search. Searches on other sites returned no results.
Icons: www.flaticon.com iconmonstr.com/popular www.endlessicons.com These are glyphs, that is, icons without stylization (silhouettes or outlines), and they are used on most sites. You can download directly in vector, you can in PNG.

On CreativeMarket , every week they give you six items to download for free from their store.
With a permanent subscription, you can accumulate a decent library, there are fonts, and textures, and prototypes of ready-made sites, and PSD images for layout, other design elements, plugins for Photoshop. The theme is also different, the main thing then for those elements that you downloaded may even receive updates and fixes.
https://icons8.com/web-app/ 15,000+ flat style icons and icon utilities
And I love to draw. But "barter" with a designer is also a very good option.
