Why does ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR 200 occur?

at some point, when an Ajax request was made, the error ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR 200 began to arrive,
while only on one PC and on all installed browsers:
google firefox mozilla edge
on other PCs everything works
traffic of several thousand a day and not a single application for a problem

figured it out myself, maybe someone will come in handy
turned off kaspersky and it all worked
