Why does DNS stop working when a client connects to the PFSENSE L2TP VPN server?

There is a PFSENSE server, to raise an L2tp server on it. When a client connects to it, DNS stops working, tell me where to dig?
Did DNS reslolver and DNS forwarder, does not help. Can anyone suggest /
