How to set up bind?

Good day to all, I ran into such a problem:
I have a domain on yukose and I need my vds server to process it. I have read a lot of bind installation guides but I can't understand one thing Where can I get the server name i.e. in prmers they write names like ns1.test.pro and where can I get such a name if I only have ip from my vds? And can I use absolutely any name?

You don't need Bind. Just not needed.
The name must be registered if you do not have one.
There are a lot of registrars for this - both in Russia and abroad. Choose anyone. This is the domain name that the user will enter to get to your site. Offhand - from domestic reg.ru from foreign - godaddy.com
After you choose a name and register it, you will be able to set up records for this domain name in the registrar panel. It all depends on the registrar and it is better to ask those registrar support
