Why does dns (cname) take so long to update?

I inserted a cname record (correctly inserted it), the domain was unavailable for 2 days, and remained unavailable (I checked through the services whether the cname record was added or not - it says no). Nameservers change very quickly, within an hour, and this cname moves like a turtle. Cloud domain zone, maybe because of it it takes so long?

First, it is worth checking that the record really exists and is valid. Try knocking with the dig command directly on the server that holds your zone. Something like
dig @zone_DNS_server -t CNAME your_cname
play around with the output of this command, there is a lot of interesting and necessary to understand how DNS works
