Why does Datastore fall off in ESXI 5.1?

There is a server with raid adaptec 6405. The ESXI 5.1 hypervisor is installed on the server with all updates at the moment. The datastore began to fall off regularly, and the hypervisor itself feels fine. They sinned on adaptec, but there are no logs indicating problems with it. Symptoms: no connection to virtual machines, no datastore in vsphere client, ssh connection is not possible. The only thing that helps is a hard restart of the host system. Please tell me how to solve this problem

my datastore is internal. Therefore, I think there are no network problems.
