Why does Cisco Security Manager display “Unable to retrieve data. Submit the saved changes"?

Hello everybody.
Not so long ago there was a problem of the following plan:
When I'm in CSMe, I click on "Policy Object Manager" and then in the list of objects I select some "Host" (or any other object), I right-click on it and select "Find Usage" to see the list of ASAs and rules, where this object is used, when I display the ASA list and click on any of them with the left mouse button, in the "Detail Panel" I get a strange inscription "Unable to retrieve data. Submit the saved changes", instead of a list of rules, where the object of interest must be "involved". The strangest thing is that this is how it is displayed on almost all used ASAs, but not on all, on some, the list of rules using this object is adequately displayed. It helps to restart the Cisco Security Manager server, but for some time, after a certain period,
Tell me in which direction to at least dig, I then restart the server every time in this situation, somehow not very? Maybe someone came across?
