Why does Chrome only display pages after the window is resized?

When Chrome starts up, the title of the page appears in the tab, but the page itself is not displayed. Also, the favicon loading animation freezes. One has only to change the size of the window a little (the window control buttons work at the same time), the page is immediately displayed, and even functions. With transitions by links, you have to repeat the same manipulations.
Windows 7 Ultimate stock. There are no extensions in the browser. Prior to this, Chrome worked stably.

It was so. Completely deleted and reinstalled, otherwise it was not possible to fix it.

Just encountered this problem. I looked for a solution on the Internet, but did not find it. I started digging with the video driver (well, it’s clear that it’s a matter of rendering).
Updated the driver and everything worked. The problem, by the way, was in IE as well. I did not install others. I needed chrome
