How to get rid of browser power saving mode?

Sometimes you have to run parsers or some of your own js scripts in the browser. And everything was fine until recently...
Now if the tab is not visible (another windows10 screen or under some window and the tab is not selected), then the performance of the tab immediately drops to almost 0 and some functions stop working, for example elem. dispatchEvent(new Event("click||mouseEvent||keyboardEvent"))
Previously, literally 4-6 months ago, it was enough that a specific tab was selected from all the tabs of a particular browser window and that the browser was not minimized, and then everything worked without clipping performance.
I searched, googled, I only need it since I don’t have this info ...

Tell me, can I somehow disable the power saving function that is unnecessary for me?
