Why does bluetooth disappear on Macbook?

The bluetooth signal on a macbook pro mid2014 disappears periodically.
It costs macOS Mojave, before everything worked without failures.
Reloading the bluetooth module does not help, as does deleting the com.apple.bluetooth.plist file
