Why does Bitrix take a long time to load pages?

Uploaded the database of goods 5k. I go to the catalog, where there are 5 pages (16 products per page) and when I go to a new page, the site loads in 10 seconds.

Try logging in as admin, enable debug mode, in the panel, and see which of the components loads the page
