Why does Bitrix registration not work?

An interesting bug on the Bitrix website.
Registration works only in the Opera browser.
In other browsers, when you click on the "Register" button, the page only reloads and does nothing else.

installation bug, browser bug. Check the time on the computer and on the server.
This is not a Bitrix bug.
