Why does Ardublock get this error when trying to start?

I tried different versions of the Arduino IDE and Ardublock, the problem is the same everywhere: when you click the "download" button in the Arduino window, nothing happens, and the Arduino IDE gives the following error text:
(Java is the latest, the board is connected, there are drivers for it, in the Arduino environment settings she was chosen)
