Why does apt-get dist-upgrade throw an error?

Good day.
There is a problem when running apt-get dist-upgrade.
OS: Linux Mint 3.13.0-37 x86_64.
First error:

Error! The dkms.conf for this module includes a BUILD_EXCLUSIVE directive which
does not match this kernel/arch. This indicates that it should not be built.

A couple more after that:
Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 3.19.0-22-generic (x86_64)
Consult /var/lib/dkms/virtualbox-guest/4.3.18/build/make.log for more information.
Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 3.19.0-22-generic (x86_64)
Consult /var/lib/dkms/rt3290/2.6.0.0rev1/build/make.log for more information.
run-parts: executing /etc/kernel/postinst.d/initramfs-tools 3.19.0-22-generic /boot/vmlinuz-3.19.0-22-generic
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-3.19.0-22-generic

Please tell me what's wrong and how to fix it.
Thank you.
PS:
I wanted to update because wifi was buggy.
Now wifi generally "fell off".

@ZAYEC77

apt-get upgrade
reboot
only then
apt-get dist-upgrade
if same, remove all packages with "dkms" suffix
upgrade then install required
