Why does an ASP.NET site throw an error?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
Since yesterday evening, the site has been giving such an error - c2n.me/j5ogax

The site is based on AdvantShop (ASP.NET)
What could be the problem? Not strong in programming, on ASP.NET.

A very lengthy operation is in progress on the SQL server side.
You need to optimize the query or increase the connection timeout.
But I see that the site is already working ;)
