Surely someone has already faced a similar problem. It is necessary to find out how much of a certain product was ordered and / or shipped for the entire time.
I would be grateful for links to documentation on this issue and interesting solutions from your projects.

Go to the admin panel -> shop -> reports -> products
There you will find all the statistics on sales, filters by date intervals and other goodies.
And you don't have to do anything :)
