Why does Adobe illustrator slow down?

Over the past 5 years, I have tried windows 7-8-8.1-10-ltsb in different assemblies, always installed several versions of the chandelier CS6 and 14-17 depending on the time, but the chandelier always somehow started to slow down after work in 30-60 minutes, sometimes so much that it was necessary to restart without options, the larger the file, the faster the friezes begin.
Together with the chandelier, the entire PC freezes, all programs and processes.
Intel i7 3930k / gtx1080 / 32gb ddr3 / SSD / Motherboard P9X79 PRO
At the moment win 10 ltsb and AI2017 the problems are the same, all I can guess is that the problem is in the hardware, just the chandelier does not work well with specific components, if anyone knows what is the problem or what else can I try so that it does not slow down I will be grateful for advice.
