Why does a new computer with good hardware freeze?

Good afternoon. The situation is this. I assembled a computer from components, quite good. The computer takes out a lot, I calmly play dragon age 3, fallout 3, civiliyation on medium-high settings, not a single freeze. But this happens:
1) The computer is just turned on, the desktop is working and some folder is open, you approach it after 30 minutes, and it starts to hang terribly, you can’t even close the folder.
2) It often happens that you press the shutdown button, and he simply logs out the current user, turning it off again does not help, only the physical button on the case.
3) Sometimes the computer does not wake up from sleep mode until you turn it off with a physical button and turn it on again.
Windows costs 10, actually I would like to know - is Windows buggy or did I make a mistake during assembly?

See logs. If there is something written about disks, about errors on them, then I congratulate you.

If this is not a laptop, then disable sleep and hibernation, as well as turning off the hdd when idle.
