Why does a new computer suddenly shut down?
Good evening, forum users. I recently bought a ready-made computer (about 65 tr). But as it turned out, sometimes the computer turns off. It happens unexpectedly when I just download chrome or play games. It seems that the power cable is connected tightly, but it still turns off. What could be the problem?
I can’t open the PC, because there are warranty seals? Could this be a manufacturing defect and is it worth taking it to a new PC? Also, I have it connected through 2 carriers (extension cords), does this affect the operation of the PC (Two carriers have all sockets occupied). Also, when the PC suddenly turns off, the monitor does not turn off. I ask for help, it is desirable to discuss everything in the discord. I'm not good at assembling a PC, sorry
PC components:
Video card: GeForce GTX 1650
Processor: Intel i5 9400F
Power supply: MWE230V 500

There are several options here, for example:
The fact that the PC spontaneously turns off is a problem.
Most likely, the problem is either in the power supply or in overheating.
Once again under warranty - bring it to the store, let them figure it out.
Is the mains voltage stable? There are no powerful consumers on extension cords yet? Connect the computer directly to a power outlet or buy not a cheap household extension cord, but a normal one, with a margin for the calculated load from the PC and check. I would not rack my brains, but took it under warranty.
