Why does a laptop think longer with the lid closed?
Hello!
I have such a problem: when you close the lid of the laptop, because there is an external monitor, it starts to "think" slowly. It is not visible in the system itself. But when loading a site (in all browsers EDGE, Chrome, Opera, Mozilla) they are loaded for a very long time. The problem is in the closed lid. The wi-fi signal level remains the same, the speed is the same.
How does everything look? When I open a link, the site starts loading only when the tab is in focus, in the background it does not load, or it takes a very long time to load.
Notebook model Asus Zenbook ux31a. I did not find an answer on the Internet. I agree, maybe I didn't search well. But has anyone else experienced something similar? Once again, when I open the lid back, everything returns to its place and works correctly. I know about the parameters of the system's action when the lid is closed. Everywhere is worth "Do nothing".

Browsers have long been catching the events of minimizing a window, an inactive tab, and closing the lid (turning off the screen) ... in this mode, the entire work of the site is STRONGLY slowed down forcibly or even stopped.
