How to properly replace a hard drive in software RAID-5?

Hello colleagues!
There is a software RAID-5 of 4 drives on Windows Server 2012 R2. The array entered the Failed Redundancy state. In equipment I see one fallen off disk.

Previously, I had a sad experience with a collapsed RAID-10, so I decided to clarify how to properly replace the hard drive. Google did not give me comprehensive information, perhaps I was not looking for it.
