What to change and edit on the site for fast loading?

Site loading speed 8-12 seconds.
Website on WordPress, on a free theme. Without any frills.
Worth W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize plugins.
The hosting says that my site does not use even a third of the capacity that it has.
Google Page Speed writes this https://pix.my/Xlbw30
There is a report from webpagetest
Who will tell you what to change and how to edit?

Before you change something, you need to understand what exactly the problem is.
My opinion is -
The site loads pretty quickly - in the sense that your server gives it away quickly.
But your site weighs almost 2 megabytes.
I have a 200 megabit Internet channel - your site opens almost instantly.
If your client has slow wifi, he can boot for half a minute.
Are you sure that the open_api.js file weighing 1.3 mb is vital there?

These delays usually happen with a crooked database installation. Tables without keys, included and heavily overloaded log ... Is the output speed of static pages that do not use the database also so depressing? As an option - contact the hoster, let him turn on profiling and see where it slows down ...
