Why does a laptop cooler make noise at a temperature of 40-50?
Previously, this was not the case, the laptop constantly makes noise, although not much, at a temperature of 40-50 degrees
The laptop is about half a year old, I don’t think that it was clogged with dust or the thermal paste dried up.
I tried noteboook fan control but my laptop is not there, I tried to set my settings but it does not work. How to get rid of noise?
UPD: I cleaned the coolers, but they were clogged with dust, and replaced the thermal paste. The temperature dropped to 40 degrees. But the cooler still makes noise, although not strong. I wish there was no noise at all, but okay, thanks to everyone who answered)

The main three possibilities:
Something was installed / updated / picked up and loads the percent - you can check it in the task manager.
Some kind of problem with the cooling system - half a year is not at all short, especially if there is someone with a soft shedding coat nearby. In addition, it may simply not be pressed against something in the cooling system. Only disassembly and physical inspection will help here.
Well, just a cooler can be so-so and make more and more noise.
But installing some software and trying to slow down the cooler is usually a very bad idea.
A great option to open and see what's up with the dust and the cooling system, BUT if it's six months old, what will you do with the guarantee?
The laptop is new, most likely something got inside.
Blow out with compressed air in the opposite direction "from blowing out".
If it does NOT help, take it under warranty. It's best not to take it apart yourself.
