Why does a laptop catch wifi from mobile phones perfectly, but disgustingly from routers?

When connecting from a laptop to a router via wifi, the Internet is terribly slow or does not work at all (I checked it in three places on three different routers)
When I connect from a laptop to the mobile Internet via an access point, everything is perfectly caught and the Internet is fast (I checked on two different Androids)
What Why is this problem so weird?
A couple of days before the problem appeared, I took the laptop for repair, changed the keyboard, but it seems to me that the problem is software, not hard. Or not?
Laptop - Windows 10. I have been using it for a long time, this is the first time this problem has happened.
