How to fix unstable Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230?

I have an MSI GT70 laptop that came standard with an Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 Wi-Fi adapter .
I also use a D-link DIR-615 router at home.
Regardless of the installed drivers, I encountered such a situation - when downloading massive files, when the download speed reaches 2 MB / s, for example (connected to a 40 Mbps tariff), and sometimes just like that, the Internet simply disappeared.
When diagnosing (I use Windows 8.1), the problem was solved, in the cause of the problem: "The default gateway is not available."
No matter how much I tried to catch the cause, I could not. I know that the community on the Intel website is still tormented by the problem of this adapter. Now I have purchased an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 , and, pah-pah, everything seems to be normal.
I would like to know if anyone has encountered this problem and maybe found a solution?

In general, with ...
The problem was "fixed". I installed a wi-fi adapter from my previous laptop.
Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000 . It does not have Bluetooth.
It's been running like clockwork for a few weeks now.
Most likely, the problem is in the router, maybe there is some kind of incompatibility with the "new" modules? It will be necessary to try with some ASUS router, which is with ac protocol.

There was a similar problem, it was solved by changing the frequency in the properties of the adapter from 40mhz to 20mhz. The link speed has decreased, but it has become stable. Now I also ordered 7260, I'm sitting, waiting.
PS I have MSI GE70.

The same Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 adapter on board the Lenovo Y510p. Until recently, it worked somehow, the connection did not fall off, but very often it sagged to a minimum.
Two days, because of the adapter, the whole system began to crash with a blue screen. Any attempts to remove the driver ended the same. Disconnect the device / reconnect to another network - still the same blue screen. And the connection began to fall off almost every two or three minutes.
I decided as follows:
I pulled out the module, removed all drivers and Intel programs responsible for wi-fi, put the module back in place, installed the latest drivers. While the flight is normal, the connection does not fall, does not sag.
